About Our Client
Our client is an established school in the Western suburbs who have built a strong reputation throughout the years. They are seeking a Facilities Manager to support the school on a full time, permanent basis.
- Liaise with all external stakeholders and contractors
- Management of FM budget
- Delegation of reactive maintenance schedule to team
- Management and hire of relevant contractors
- Ensuring the facility meets government regulations, environmental, health and security standards
The Successful Applicant
To be successful you will have 5+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in the Education sector. You must have a valid Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
