Job Description

  • Oversee and run all soft and hard facility services for Industrial site
  • Vendor management
  • Liaise with all trades and external contractors on site
  • Drive the efficient availability and utilisation of assets and equipment
  • Drive high standards of safety and quality whilst delivering FM duties
  • Ensure compliance to Company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for Facilities budget, reporting etc.
  • Manage and FC and small team across soft services

The Successful Applicant

  • Corporate/Commercial exposure (Industrial is advantageous)
  • Management experience preferable
  • Located in/near regional Victoria
  • Passion to join a market leader

  • Strong communication skills
