Job Description

  • Work closely with new and existing customers, to determine their present and future needs
  • Maintain contact to ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate price and volume discounts in accordance with company policy
  • Conducting presentations, preparing bids and proposals, contracts and account management plans
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in account management or experience in the express freight industry
  • Experience in sales negotiation
  • Relationship building skills
  • An ability to work collaboratively with a team, and also as an individual
