A key people management role, the Field Sales Manager will be responsible for the contributed delivery of state revenue through the effective deployment and management of your field team. Maintaining close relationships with other internal functions and stakeholders, you will ensure that in field execution develops in line with the national strategic plan. You will take responsibility for developing a high performing and collaborative culture within your broader team of approximately 5
The Successful Applicant
With a strong FMCG background, you will be looking to further your FMCG career in this Field Sales Manager role. With a positive and collaborative approach, it is essential that you have highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills. You will ideally be with a blue chip business in either an FMCG Field Sales Manager role, or a Regional Sales Manager seeking to join a high growth business with an unrivalled culture. Experience in managing people is essential.
