Job Description

  • Lead and perform root cause analysis on equipment breakdowns
  • Implement optimisation to boost reliability of fixed plant assets
  • Oversee equipment data integrity and life cycle management
  • Manage wear materials across high-impact areas
  • Support budgeting and continuous improvement projects



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering, ideally with SAP experience
  • Strong problem-solving with tools like FMEA and RCA
  • Extensive maintenance/reliability experience in mining or oil and gas
  • Knowledge of WA Mines Regulations and Australian Standards
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator with a safety-driven mindset
