Job Description

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to the marketing team, offering insights and recommendations to support profitable growth.
  • Analyse monthly performance, highlight key trends, and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with category teams to integrate market insights into financial analysis.
  • Provide commercial support for investment decisions, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and profitability targets.
  • Other ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial understanding and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Background in accounting and financial modelling.
  • Exposure to ERP systems
  • CPA/CA qualified or equivalent.
  • FMCG experience is a plus but not mandatory.
