Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions within the supply chain division.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive business improvements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as CA or CPA (or working towards one).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and using ERP systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and supply chain processes is highly regarded.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results.
