About Our Client

The Finance Business Partner will report to the Group Financial Controller and play in important role in the day to day running of the Finance Team. You will also provide support strategic to the Senior Leadership team, through the provision of management reports, detailed analysis and advice on strategic and commercial initiatives across the business.
The responsibilities for this role include and are not limited to assisting with the monthly and annual financial reports, annual budgeting and forecasting preparation, costing and inventory reviews, treasury operations and other ad hoc analysis around pricing, sales and competitor reviews. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in strategic company-wide projects, and the management of finance team members whilst helping drive a culture of best practice. The role is designed for an experienced yet ambitious individual who is looking for an opportunity to have more involvement in the commercial growth of an established business.
The Successful Applicant
Kincrome are looking for a CA / CPA qualified finance professional with a mix of commercial accounting and business partnering skills, ideally with experience in a manufacturing or import / distribution business. You will require robust analytical and stakeholder management skills and possess the ability to challenge ideas and influence others. You will also bring a best-practice mindset and have ideally worked in an organisation with an emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement. Prior experience managing staff is desirable, as is previous experience in providing support to strategic decision making.
