The role is responsible for delivering high‑quality financial leadership, planning, analysis and strategic advice across a specialised portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, modelling and insightful reporting to support senior decision‑makers.

Job Description

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, translating complex financial data into clear insights that influence decisions, shape strategy, and drive organisational performance.
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships, partnering with operational teams to identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions constructively, and guide stakeholders through financial impacts and change initiatives.
  • Provide high‑quality financial management, strategic advice, and commercial insights for a specialised portfolio within a large, complex organisation.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑term financial modelling, and scenario planning aligned to organisations commercial strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful management reporting, KPI analysis, and variance commentary to senior stakeholders.
  • Support and review business cases, including financial modelling, benefit/risk assessment, and post‑implementation evaluations.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities while influencing strategic decisions through clear, impactful communication.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial performance, drive transformation initiatives, and enhance processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • CPA or CA Qualified
  • Strong business partnering experience in complex environments.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence and engage non‑financial stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic initiatives or business cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, challenge assumptions, and operate effectively in fast‑paced, changing environments.
