Job Description

  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide support in the preparation of business cases and investment appraisals.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner will be able to demonstrate:

  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar finance or business partnering role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
