Job Description

  • Lead the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Deliver clear, insights-driven financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Act as a key link between business teams and the broader finance function, promoting alignment and understanding.
  • Provide financial input on business cases, funding proposals, and commercial partnership opportunities.
  • Champion ongoing improvements across financial systems and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Business Services industry.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Power BI knowledge is desirable.
  • Knowledge of financial forecasting and risk analysis.
