Job Description

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to improve financial efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance against key metrics and benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department in managing financial risks.
  • Provide guidance on financial planning and investment opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A strong background in financial analysis and reporting within the professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proven ability to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
