Our client is a global FMCG business located in an idyllic Regional NSW area. They are seeking a skilled and hands-on Financial Controller join them in an exciting and critical phase of growth. You will be a passionate people leader with a strong track record of driving process improvement and automation initiatives.

Job Description

As the Financial Controller you will lead and coordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS. You will manage all budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. You will be a key partner to operations and be passionate about driving performance across this area. You will also ensure the completion of all tax compliance, including BAS, FBT, payroll tax, and other statutory reporting. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • CPA/CA qualified with proven experience in a senior finance Leadership position
  • Strong background in the manufacturing or FMCG industry would be ideal
  • Previous experience working with SAP would be preferred
  • Track record of driving process improvements and financial controls.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a hands-on approach to managing teams and tasks.
