Job Description

  • Overseeing all financial operations and implementing effective financial strategies.
  • Providing data, insight and recommendation for potential acquisitions.
  • Coordinating and directing budgeting, procurement, investment activities, and financial planning.
  • Managing relationships with partners and investors.
  • Preparing timely and detailed reports on financial performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
  • Driving the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.
  • Retaining constant awareness of the company's financial position.
  • Setting targets for and supervising all accounting and finance personnel.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • A track record of M&A to deliver profitable growth.
  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate reporting and accounting principles, laws and best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
  • An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
