About Our Client

Our client is an important multinational property developer and owner, with headquarters in APAC.

Job Description

  • Conduct detailed analysis and modeling of new investment opportunities.
  • Perform sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential returns and cost scenarios.
  • Develop financial models to simulate various investment outcomes and performance metrics.
  • Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on investment performance, including key metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with finance and investment teams to assess the feasibility of new projects.
  • Maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets to reflect changing market conditions and assumptions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders on investment performance and strategies.
  • Analyse the status of ongoing projects (e.g., construction, sales, leasing) by comparing current performance against initial budgets. Facilitate internal decision-making and negotiate with joint venture (JV) partners based on these analyses.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment evaluation.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in FMCG, property, construction, or commercial business analysis is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and actionable format.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
