Job Description

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the key duties of this role include:

  • Lead a team of accountants through change management
  • Build a strong Shared Services function and environment within the organisation
  • Responsible for accurate financial reporting, process improvement, management of audits and intercompany accounts
  • Enhancement of the company's cash flow management
  • Developing a high-performing team

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background working within/leading a Shared Services function.

Key traits will also include:

  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Relevant commercial/leadership exposure
  • Ability to lead teams and meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills
