You will join a highly professional team as Finance Manager and will be directly managing a team responsible for the management of the finance reporting for the company.

Job Description

Your role as Finance Manager sees you working directly with the senior management and divisional heads to effectively manage all financial reporting and provide sound technical advice in relation to financial management practices and the relevant reporting.

You will be responsible for overseeing the finance team and providing effective training, management and leadership to ensure all deadlines and objectives are met. You will assist in the planning and execution of the year end annual consolidated general financial statements and external audit and you will ensure relevant consultation with key stakeholders within the business.

This role offers a collaborative environment, where you are encouraged to drive change and always be on the lookout for process improvements and streamlining.

This role forms part of a larger, central finance team and works collaboratively with the divisional administrative teams to consolidate all financial information. Excellent written and verbal communication is a must to ensure accurate and comprehensive communication across the teams.

The Successful Applicant

You will be CA / CPA qualified and currently form part of a team that sees you working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Your experience includes working in a similar role with a strong technical ability as Financial Controller / Finance Manager within a large corporate company, ideally with consolidations experience. A Big 4 audit background would offer you a solid technical background for this role.

This role also requires strong people management experience as well as experience setting up general purpose financial statements within a large corporate entity. A first-mover from a Big 4 firm will also be considered for this role.
