Job Description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following but not be limited to:

  • Management of the transactional finance team
  • Manage the month end process
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Variance analysis
  • Business Partner with operations managers
  • Present results to CEO & the board
  • Process improvement - Always looking for ways to improve processes & system improvements
  • Ad hoc analysis as requested by the board/CEO

The Successful Applicant

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance/Business/Commerce or related discipline
  • CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA or part qualified
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • At least 3-5 years experience
  • Ideally immediately available and open to an initial contract
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Passion for hospitality sector
  • Inquisitive and proactive individuals
