My client is a well known organisation, who has enjoyed global success. Working with a well established, high-performing team and working in a collaborative work environment, this role would be suited to a Finance Manager, well-versed in Financial and Management reporting and staff management.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for:

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial and management reports to senior management
  • Supervise and support the Accounts Payable, Receivable, Tax and Treasury function
  • Take a lead role in planning and executing audit requirements
  • Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Ensure accuracy of the general ledger
  • Present financial findings at management meetings and support senior leaders with decision-making
  • Team lead and manage finance staff to ensure optimum results are achieved
  • Assist with projects and change to ensure efficiency gains are achieved

The Successful Applicant

This role will be best suited to someone who matches the below criteria:

  • Immediately available or available at a 1-2 week notice period
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Experience in a similar Finance Manager role, with a medium - large organisation
  • Experience in change management or finance projects
  • Experience in SAP
  • Excellent communication skills and someone with proven leadership ability
