Job Description

  • Provide senior-level financial business partnering across various divisions.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly performance reviews.
  • Oversee Service Level Agreements and funding arrangements.
  • Prepare full-year forecasts and develop recommendations to enhance financial performance.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and mentor a team of finance professionals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business (mandatory).
  • Professional registration (CPA, CA, CIMA, ICA) highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in financial management within healthcare or a complex service organisation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in financial systems (e.g., S/4HANA) and Microsoft Office.
