Job Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Provide innovative and expert advice to the leadership team
- Effectively communicate, negotiate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage the annual budget
- Lead accurate and timely production of financial reports
- Develop and maintain budget forecasts
- Provide leadership and support to the finance team and CFO
- Manage and lead improvement in finance systems and processes
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have experience in the following:
- CPA or CA qualified
- Established experience in educating and influencing business areas and key stakeholders
- Demonstrate senior level financial management in budgeting, accounting and financial operations
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Outstanding writing and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to deal with complex issues with high level of discretion
- Knowledge and experience in financial reporting applications
