We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial & accounting operations in Victoria.; and provide strategic insights to the wider Australian and New Zealand business. This permanent role, based in Port Melbourne, is ideal for a results-driven professional with solid accounting and finance expertise. This role will be a 5-day on-site position and they will be opening a new facility in Epping in November 2026.
  • $170,000 Plus Superannuation.
  • Port Melbourne location, moving to Epping in November 2026.

Job Description

  • Oversee all financial accounting, including reconciliations, budgets, and month-end processes.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Manage month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
  • Partner effectively with state mangers and operational site managers from all across Australia.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team of three.
  • Support strategic initiatives by delivering financial analysis and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Strong technical accounting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • A proactive approach and hard working attitude.
