Job Description

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow and implement effective financial controls.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial efficiency initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the accounting and finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management within the Business Services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
