Our client is seeking a CA or CPA-qualified Finance Manager to lead the accounting and reporting functions across the entity that holds a diverse range of asset classes. Job Description

Reporting directly to the group CEO, your responsibilities will include:



  • Oversee the investment accounting across a variety of investment classes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.


  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reporting.


  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.


  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.


  • Provide strategic financial advice to support investment decisions.


  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other key stakeholders.


  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and risk management across the portfolio.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidates will be an experienced finance professional with:



  • Experience in private investment, family offices, or the business services division of a large accounting firm.


  • CA or CPA qualification.


  • Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and compliance.


  • Experience managing finances across diverse asset classes.


  • Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.


  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
