About Our Client

My client is a booming start up in the retail sector approaching $100 mil turnover.

Job Description

  • Full ownership of month‑end, reporting, finance ops.
  • Business partnering across supply chain, marketing, sales and ops
  • Presentation of monthly management reporting to SLT
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Financial modelling to drive investment decision making
  • Manage inventory accounting
  • Drive the establishment of new/improved systems/controls/processes in Finance

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • A genuine willingness to be hands on - you might even have to jump in and process payments at times!
  • Experience with E-commerce / partnering with supply chain in a retail environment advantageous
  • Exposure to managing significant inventory ideal
  • Experience working with founders in a small business/start up environment also regarded but not requisite
  • Excellent communication skills
