Job Description

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Provide training , leadership and assistance, when required, to other members of the finance team.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support as required.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.

The Successful Applicant

Our client is seeking a candidate who has experience in Accounts/Finance Officer within a NFP environment. Exposure to both Accounts Receivable and Payable, as well as Payroll is beneficial. Other key competencies include:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
  • Exposure to Payroll Function
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
