We're currently searching for a dedicated, enthusiastic Finance Officer to join our clients team in the outskirts of Brisbane CBD, by providing pivotal support in end-to-end, high-volume accounts processing.

Our client is a large organisation in the property sector, renowned for its commitment to delivering top-notch services and maintaining a professional working environment.

Job Description

This position requires:

  • Processing and preparing supplier statements and reports.
  • Full function, high volume Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Ensuring legal compliance on all financial functions.
  • Assisting with month end close processes.
  • Ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Process improvements and assisting in implementation of changes.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Officer should have:

  • Relevant use of large accounting systems.
  • High Volume AR/AP background.
  • 1-3 years in a finance officer / accounts officer position.
  • A solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
