Job Description

  • Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
  • Assist with billing and claims processing for Residential Aged Care and Home Care, including invoicing and reconciliation of government subsidies and client contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial operations and reporting.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Officer should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Exposure to Sage, MYOB and Xero highly desired
  • A strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in the Aged Care industry (preferred but not essential).
