Job Description

  • Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the accounting and finance department.
  • Provide guidance and support to non-finance teams on financial matters.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA equivelant qualification.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis within the retail industry for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
