Job Description

The Financial Controller will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Oversee and manage financial operations and reporting processes.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational objectives.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
