Job Description

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a Finance function of around 10 people, providing support for all operating entities within the Group. Your primary responsibility is to provide accurate and timely financial reports and statutory requirements with local authorities, as well as providing insightful management reports to be used for strategic decision making by operational business heads.

Your mandate includes the budgeting and forecasting for all group companies, Cost management, cash management as well as the KPI reporting and analysis across the business.

Success in this role will be determined by your ability to lead and develop the finance team, as well as providing financial support for the MD. An ability to work with people from all departments, whilst driving transformation and change in finance will guarantee success.

The Successful Applicant

Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Controller, with strong leadership capability complimenting a robust technical accounting skill set. You must be CA/CPA qualified and have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, and have lead large teams before, whilst working closely with senior management.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, as you will be partnering with operational GMs to help them achieve their objectives. This is a role for someone who is confident and enjoys a fast paced and varied work environment.
