Job Description

Managing a small team of direct reports you will take on a broad role with providing of day-to-day compliance, transactions (AP, AR, payroll) and overseeing financial operations of the company.

  • Preparing financial reports and forecasts.
  • Liaising with stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Implementing financial control measures.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Coordinating with the Accounting & Finance department on financial strategies.
  • Identifying areas for financial improvement and growth.
  • Providing financial advice to the management team.

The Successful Applicant

You should possess the confidence to take initiative and contribute valuable insights, while being comfortable handling routine finance tasks. You have a growth mindset that enables you to enhance and support commercial decision-making within the organisation.

  • You are a qualified CA or CPA, with proven experience at management level
  • You are excited by fast growing and progressive environments
  • Hands-on approach, highly driven, and outcomes-oriented, with adaptability in fast-paced, lean environments
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, with a focus on developing high-potential talent
