Job Description

This is a hands-on leadership role with both operational and strategic finance responsibilities, including:



  • Managing and mentoring a small team of three finance staff.
  • Business partnering with operations to support decision-making and optimise performance.


  • Overseeing the preparation of monthly financial reports and statutory accounts.


  • Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.


  • Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.


  • Providing financial insights and partnering with the Managing Director to drive business performance.


  • Streamlining financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.


  • Managing cash flow and working capital effectively.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a commercially savvy finance professional with strong leadership capabilities.



  • CPA/CA qualification or equivalent.


  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment.


  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.


  • Ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of excellence.


  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
