  • Shape and oversee the organisation's financial roadmap, including long-range plans, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts. Ensure planning processes are efficient, transparent, and underpinned by systems that provide reliable data for decision-making.
  • Transform complex information into meaningful insights through rigorous analysis and scenario modelling. Highlight cost drivers, performance trends, and opportunities for efficiency to help senior leaders balance priorities and make informed, future-focused choices.
  • Strengthen alignment between finance and the business by building trusted relationships across multiple functions. Influence investment decisions, support strategic initiatives, and continually refine financial tools and processes to embed smarter ways of working.
  • Engage with leaders across the organisation to understand their priorities, provide financial advice tailored to operational needs, and contribute to shaping strategies that balance commercial outcomes with long-term sustainability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Planning & Analysis Manager should have:
