We are recruiting a Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager, responsible for leading the planning, budgeting and forecasting process. The role will involve strategic financial analysis and decision making to drive the financial performance of the company.

Job Description

  • Lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process within the department.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and decision-making support to senior management.
  • Drive the financial performance of the company through effective resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with different departments for financial planning and budgeting.
  • Manage financial risks and opportunities.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
