About Our Client

Our client is an expanding organisation in the sports, fitness, and personal development sector. They are a well-established franchise organisation and well recognised for their strong trajectory and continual growth across the eastern seaboard. This role offers great growth and will be on-site four days per week and one work-from-home day.

Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Support the preparation of management reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • CPA or CA Qualified.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
  • Experience in Anaplan highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
