The FP&A Business Partner is a vital role in our Accounting & Finance team, responsible for financial planning, analysis and providing business insights to the wider business.
  • Long term fixed term role for a minimum of 12 months

Job Description

  • Collaboration with business leaders to develop strategic financial plans, performance reporting and operational metrics
  • Develop and integrate scenario planning capabilities to understand impact of decisions and provide insights that drive business improvement
  • Deliver robust business case proposals for investment and growth
  • Direct quarterly forecasting processes, applying financial expertise to deliver detailed impact analyses and commercial insights
  • Conducting financial analysis and forecasting for the Property department.
  • Providing insightful financial reports to guide business decisions.
  • Advising on cost control and profitability enhancement strategies.
  • Supporting the implementation of strategic business initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Business Partner should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the Property industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting tools.
