Michael Page is partnering with progressive firm in the funds management space who are shaking up the investment industry. My client is a diverse investment fund delivering outstanding results. Our client is located in Melbourne's CBD. The role offers a hybrid working environment,sits within a supportive team environment and encourages learning & development. The role will be an ongoing permanent role.

Job Description

The role will incorporate the following:

  • Registry Management - ensuring the Registry system remains up to date and accurate in a timely manner maintaining high quality output.
  • Day to day processing of payments for claims, unit movements and other ad hoc transfers.
  • Assist in preparation of investor reports and loan statements
  • Liaise with clients and processing daily client transactions.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting to clients on request
  • Provide internal support to the investment directors, analysts and legal team and ad hoc support to other teams if required
  • Assist in preparation and calculations of distribution for settlements and Fund returns.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the full administrative operation process in a property fund or investment management.
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC requirements for new investments including processing and review of subscriptions and redemptions.
  • Bachelors qualification in Finance/Accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, problem solve, work under pressure, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate, liaise and contribute at meetings with people at different levels within the organisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
