About Our Client

Operating in the financial services sector, our client is a provider of small practice accounting and bookkeeping services to a range of clients. They are currently undergoing a significant growth period as a result of excellent client feedback and word of mouth referrals. Our client prioritises flexibility and hence are happy to offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work fully remote!

Job Description

  • End to end management of clients (high volume environment)
  • Superannuation and payroll tax
  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, complex reconciliations
  • BAS/IAS Preparations
  • Liasing with ATO on behalf of clients
  • Financial Reporting
  • Budget forecasts
  • Accounts Audit
  • Other ad hoc tasks

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking experienced senior bookeepers who are able to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment. As this is a client facing role, we are seeking those with excellent communication/stakeholder engagement and the ability to develop long term, trusting relationships. Those who have worked in a multi-client environment will be looked upon favourably (i.e. public practice accounting/bookeeping firm).
