About Our Client

The role is responsible for delivering and optimising my clients online and digital channels and their effectiveness in promoting of the brand and delivering revenue through ticket sales, fundraising and streaming services currently in development. The role also advises the company on best practice approaches to increasing online audiences and the growth potential associated with technical and content development for the brands own channels and third-party channels.

Job Description

As Head of Digital Marketing and Content key accountability's include:

  • Lead the development planning and continuous optimisation of the online and digital channels, including the main website and integrated applications including e-commerce platforms, integrated customer research applications including CRM, email marketing and SMS platforms
  • Develop creative briefs in association with the campaign team to support the company's strategic plan and marketing plans and take responsibility for the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of creative executions for online and digital campaigns. Provide finalised briefs to digital agency
  • Manage the organisation's approach to SEO and CRO
  • Manage the organisation's email strategy
  • Manage the social channels and lead social campaign planning
  • Devise effective approaches to content production, and distribution channels reflecting the organisation's digital content framework
  • Devise and implement the roadmap for improving the quality of the online customer experience
  • Provide reports and analysis around agreed key metrics for revenues, levels of engagement and return on-investment for web and email channels and performance marketing

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 to 7 years proven successful experience within the world of Digital Marketing
  • Previous successful experience in development of strategies for commercial campaigns conducted solely online or as part of an integrated strategy
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and management skills
  • An appreciation and enjoyment of arts and culture
