Job Description

As the Head of Digital at Perth Airport you will be responsible for the following:

  • Understand, interpret and challenge the existing vision and five year road-map for digital at the Perth Airport, while consulting to the executive and senior leadership teams.
  • Build a plan for the delivery of the road-map and drive the execution of this plan by partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Financial management of relevant budget areas to ensure most efficient deployment of operational and capital funds.
  • End to End delivery including concept, scoping, feasability, scheduling, funding, procurement, project management and pot-project implementation review.
  • Maintain and manage existing digital platforms while working towards building a single platform for the customer that encompases all of Perth Airports service offerings.
  • Analyse and assess results of products and initiatives with a combination of metrics including ROI, cost of acquisition, customer sentiment and brand perception
  • Lead a team of two, owning the development of these team members and allocating work.

The Successful Applicant

The succesful candidate will have a number of the following skills and behaviours:

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing leadership
  • Thorough knowledge of contemporary digital marketing trends and digital product delivery
  • High level understanding of budget management, including cost management, business case creation and ROI measurement
  • Experience working with a customer base, driving improved customer experience and revenue, ideally within a member based organisation
  • Previous experience leading teams with a focus on driving accountability, developing capability and execution of deliverables
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders, building exceptional relationships with both internal and external partners and supporting digital adoption
  • Comfort working in lean and high-paced environments
