Job Description

* Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive people and culture strategy at a C-suite level.
* Provide strategic oversight of the HR function, ensuring alignment with the organization's growth objectives and acquisition strategy.
* Drive transformation initiatives across a diverse, 50-strong team with two direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Manage international HR operations, leveraging experience from group-level roles in other global regions
* Champion change management processes that support organizational restructuring and business expansion.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a polished, strategic HR leader with deep expertise in insurance. You will have a proven track record of working in international environments and have held senior roles at a group level. With excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills, you will be adept at navigating complex, multi-cultural challenges. Your background in steering HR functions within dynamic, fast-paced organizations will be pivotal in driving the company's ambitious growth plans.
