This is a services based business that is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead a team. This role has high visibility and has a lot of connectivity with the ELT. As the Head of Marketing you will be a strategic marketer that has a proven background in end to end campaign management across all marketing channels. This role is accountable for driving new customer relationships and retaining existing relationships with customers. Looking at different cross sell and up-sell opportunities across the portfolio of products. The team drives proposition development, go-to-market strategies and plans, media strategy development/optimisation, creative strategy and execution and customer sales/acquisition/retention effectiveness across an integrated channel mix.
Leading a team of people, we are looking for a strong people leader. Someone who is motivated by coaching and developing a team. To be successful in this role you will have excellent stakeholder management experience and will have proven experience of navigating large complex services businesses. Knowing where to invest your time to get the greatest effect.
This broad, busy role will see you take ownership of the marketing strategy and marketing campaigns. This is a fast paced role that requires subject matter expertise and can act as a genuine thought leader to their peers.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a B2C regulated industry. Proven experience of maximising existing mature products, coupled with developing go-to-market strategies for new products. We are looking for:
- 10 + years strategic marketing experience in a B2C environment
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategy, across multiple channels
- Proven experience in leading high performing teams in dynamic environments and delivering positive business outcomes
- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience in a regulated environment coupled with Tech and/or start-up
- Experienced people leader, someone who is motivated by leading and developing a team
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship management skills, someone who displays a 'can do' attitude
