Job Description
Reporting into the CEO, the Head of Marketing is a new role in a rapidly growing Australian business. Its primary focus is to the growth of the business across Consumer Retail Channels across both Grocery and the Pharmacy Channel, whilst protecting and continuing growth in the Acute Channel
The Covid-19 crisis has changed radically the interest in infection prevention for consumers and businesses as they seek to protect their families, their employees and their customers. This role will lead the market entry into corporate and retail channels, whilst protecting and growing the Acute business
As the marketing lead you will be looked upon to shape the marketing strategy. This is an end to end marketing role that requires a strong marketer with proven experience within the Consumer Retail Channels
This is a commercial role that will require shared P&L accountability. We need a proven Marketing Leader that thrives in a fast paced environment. Someone who is able to work through ambiguity and who has a hands-on approach to their work. Initially leading a small team, this role will give the successful candidate an opportunity to work on career defining projects, products and with a company who is on an exciting growth trajectory!
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Head of Marketing will be a proven leader in FMCG/ Consumer Marketing, who has a strong track record in Grocery and/or Pharmacy channels.
- At least 7-10 years in FMCG brand marketing.
- Proven track record in leading people and developing high performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L accountability
- Proven brand marketing experience
- Experience in launching new products across the Australian market.
- A senior marketing professional who is excited to join a values based FMCG business in a transition phase - who can make their mark.
