Job Description



  • Lead Strategic Category & Product Planning: Develop and execute marketing and ranging strategies tailored to the Australian market, ensuring alignment with global roadmaps and driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth.


  • Drive Channel & Ecommerce Performance: Engage directly with key retail partners and oversee the Ecommerce channel to identify range opportunities, enhance product mix, and achieve aggressive growth targets.


  • Oversee Pricing, Forecasting & Financial Planning: Manage pricing strategy, sales deductions, and demand forecasting with a strong focus on P&L performance, financial control, and collaborative planning.


  • Execute Go-to-Market & Promotional Strategies: Oversee promotional activity planning, marketing integration, and supply chain optimisation, ensuring seamless product launches and tactical campaign execution.


  • Collaborate, Report & Ensure Compliance: Partner with sales, marketing, and HQ stakeholders to deliver business outcomes; provide regular reporting and ensure all activities comply with Australian laws and internal policies.



The Successful Applicant



  • Strategic Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to drive category growth through end-to-end product lifecycle management, from planning and pricing to GTM and promotional execution, with a strong focus on P&L impact.


  • Channel & Stakeholder Leadership: Confident engaging with senior retail partners (Buyer & GM level) and skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments across local teams and global HQ.


  • Data-Driven & Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical mindset with experience in demand forecasting, sales analysis, and market insights to inform decisions and drive performance against stretch targets.


  • Collaborative & Compliance-Focused: A team player who excels in cross-functional collaboration, while upholding compliance with legal and internal frameworks in all commercial activities.
