About Our Client
A leading solutions based procurement & payments software with a highly experienced operational and executive team are looking for a Head of Sales. Due to growth, the CEO is looking to recruit an experienced and highly successful Sales Leader to shape and lead an exceptional Sales Team equipped with a market leading product with vast untapped potential.
- Owning and working closely with Marketing on the digital lead generation and having full responsibility for the call centre follow up strategy.
- Closely overseeing the execution of the same.
- Working closely with the on-boarding team to ensure seamless activation of new clients and also managing corporate business development.
- Playing a key role in the collection of customer insights to drive product development, investor referrals and playing an active role in investor updates.
- Owning and delivering the revenue objectives of the business.
The Successful Applicant
- Be equally as comfortable in the boardroom with investors and corporate clients as in a call centre with a Centre Manager in Ipswich.
- Exhibit the leadership traits consistent with their role on the SLT; be hands on and delivery focused, to be a strong cross functional communicator and coordinator, and have the backbone to move quickly through the inevitable hurdles and set backs of an early stages venture.
