Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, medical staff, and administrative personnel in hospitals and specialist clinics.
  • Conduct in-field customer visits, ensuring alignment with territory plans, journey plans, and KPI targets.
  • Identify, engage, and mobilize key opinion leaders within relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Utilise market insights to develop tailored solutions that align with customer objectives and brand strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and scientific knowledge, making strategic sales decisions to drive territory performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative within the pharmaceutical industry
  • In-depth understanding of the prescription medicines landscape, including the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
  • Strong background in Immunology, Allergy, or Dermatology is highly desirable.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and motivation to succeed both individually and as part of a team.
