About Our Client
Our client is a large national business urgently seeking an immediately available HR advisor. This role is an 8 month contract with a view of permanency for the right candidate.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide HR support on a range of employee and Industrial Relations matters.
- Facilitation and Amendments of Enterprise Agreements
- Facilitate and drive performance management, including disciplinary, grievance procedures and terminations
- Provide general HR advice to internal stakeholders on all HR Matters
- Generate employment letters and correspondence for new employees
- Liaise with payroll for all new starters, staff movements and terminations
- Oversee strategic planning for Training and Development across the business
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and able to start ASAP or on short notice.
