Job Description

As HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day HR activities across the entire employment lifecycle. You will work closely with the People Services Manager to ensure a fulfilling and engaging employee experience, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from position description development to candidate selection and onboarding;
  • Facilitating performance management processes and supporting all aspects of Employee Relations;
  • Supporting managers and staff on people-related matters and HR policies;
  • Identifying training needs and employee engagement opportunities;
  • Supporting the administration of HR and payroll systems to ensure accurate data for reporting purposes;
  • Assisting in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, practices, and initiatives to ensure legal compliance and support retention;
  • Ad hoc project related work including involvement in new HRIS.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have experience in a similar generalist role. You will possess;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline;
  • Track record in a generalist position with exposure to recruitment, employee relations and performance management;
  • Exposure to international recruitment will be highly desired;
  • Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements;
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively;
  • Payroll admin experience will be advantageous;
  • You will be system savvy with an interest in this space.
