Reporting to the HR Manager responsibilities will include;Key point of contact for employees, addressing HR and payroll queries;Manage the People inboxes, prioritizing and escalating HR queries;Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, pre-employment checks, and employee onboarding;Develop tailored training programs to enhance skills, compliance, and workplace safety;Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through employee feedback and performance metrics;Handle Employee Relations matters, including investigations and performance improvement plans;Collaborate with the HSE Manager to manage Workers' Compensation claims;Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, such as new starters, staff changes, probationary reviews, exit interviews, and terminations;Collaborate on internal communications, including the monthly staff e-newsletter;Support the HR Manager on various projects.The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant will have experience in a similar generalist role.
